** What you’ll accomplish with us
** As an Inside Sales, Insurance, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:  
• Deliver training to WFG advisors on iA insurance products (life, critical illness and disability insurance), sales concepts, illustration software, and application/forms completion  
• Collaborate with Sales Directors to develop regional marketing plans focused on product and software knowledge  
• Solicit new business and reconnect with advisors via telephone  
• Maintain regular contact with top, past, and prospective advisors  
• Create and update presentations using Power Point   
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, written correspondence, or in person in a timely and professional manner  
• Attend conferences, road shows, presentations, and events (including evenings and weekends as required)

• Is known for their strong training, coaching, and facilitation skills  
• Stands out for their excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence and motivate business partners  
• Demonstrates strong organization and planning skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines  
• Is recognized for their ability to work both independently and within a team environment  
• Has experience in the insurance industry or a brokerage environment  
• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma  
• Has a good understanding of life insurance products  
• Advanced level of English proficiency, as the role involves delivering training, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with independent financial advisors and stakeholders on a regular basis

*** The typical hiring range for this position is between $65,000 and $75,000 CAD per year; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
