Field Sales Representative

Ishida Canada is looking for a Key Account Manager to foster relationships with current customers and build a pipeline of future opportunities. For more than 130 years, Ishida has been a world leader and innovator of weighing, packaging and labeling products including Price Computing Scales, Portion Scales, Automatic Packaging Solution and Film and Label supplies. Ishida Canada Inc. is the Canadian subsidiary of Ishida Corporation and is responsible for Ishida brand sales in Canada as well as sales of products from Proluxe pizza dough presses, panini and tortilla grills, Watanabe meat slicers and Heat Seal packaging products, through Retail as well as Channel customers.

Bases in the Greater Vancouver Area, this position is best suited for an individual with 3-5 years’ experience selling and servicing customers in the Retail and Food Service areas, with some technical knowledge of electro-mechanical equipment and a good amount of energy and drive to expand Ishida Sales in BC and Western Canada. The ability to speak Mandarin professionally is an asset.

This position will manage sales in BC and AB to both Direct Retail and Channel markets. Experience calling on Tier 1 grocery chain head offices for food processing equipment is also required.
