We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to help drive national growth for our LTL and TL transportation network across Canada. If you know the freight world and love building strong customer relationships, this is a chance to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do- Lead regional sales efforts across Canada, focusing on new business and strategic account growth
- Build and manage a strong pipeline while working in our Pipedrive CRM
- Develop tailored LTL/TL solutions across road and rail
- Strengthen relationships with shippers, brokers, and key partners
- Collaborate with operations, pricing, and customer service to deliver exceptional results
- 3–5+ years in transportation, logistics, or supply chain sales
- Strong understanding of LTL/TL services and freight networks
- Proven ability to hit revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Pipedrive is an asset)
- National network with strong operational capabilities
