We are looking for a motivated Luxury Sales Consultant — Bridal  with strong sales skills  to join our team. This is not just a styling role — it’s about guiding brides through one of the most important purchases of their lives while driving sales growth for our boutique. If you love fashion, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and enjoy building lasting client relationships, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

Deliver a personalized, high-touch shopping experience to every bride

Use your sales expertise to achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals

Guide brides and families through the full purchase process, from first fitting to final order

Manage appointment follow-ups and client communications to maximize closing rates

Upsell and cross-sell accessories and complementary products

Provide feedback on inventory and trends to help shape buying decisions

Maintain showroom presentation — steaming gowns, managing stock, ensuring a luxury-level environment

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales ability — retail fashion, luxury, or bridal experience preferred

Strong closer with a client-first mindset

Confident communicator who can build trust quickly

Driven, competitive, and results-oriented while being a supportive team player

Must be available weekends
