This is not just a styling role — it’s about guiding brides through one of the most important purchases of their lives while driving sales growth for our boutique. • Deliver a personalized, high-touch shopping experience to every bride
• Use your sales expertise to achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals
• Guide brides and families through the full purchase process, from first fitting to final order
• Manage appointment follow-ups and client communications to maximize closing rates
• Upsell and cross-sell accessories and complementary products
• Provide feedback on inventory and trends to help shape buying decisions
• Maintain showroom presentation — steaming gowns, managing stock, ensuring a luxury-level environment

• Proven sales ability — retail fashion, luxury, or bridal experience preferred
• Strong closer with a client-first mindset
• Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
• Driven, competitive, and results-oriented while being a supportive team player
• Must be available weekends
