As a key player at Jetson, we are looking for an experienced Sales Enablement & Performance Coach to foster the growth of our inside sales team. This role focuses on designing impactful training systems, onboarding new sales reps, and developing effective coaching techniques that lead to substantial improvement in sales results. You’ll collaborate with managers to refine the skills of our talented representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of new training programs
• Analyze trends from call recordings and CRM data
• Support sales managers in evolving coaching strategies
• Create a library of training resources for reps
• Facilitate ongoing skill development sessions
Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in sales training or similar roles
• Inside sales experience, especially in home services
• Excellent analysis and presentation capabilities
• Track record of measurable performance improvements
• Experience with tools like Gong preferred
