As a Sales Associate, your role includes ensuring every patient receives exceptional service, which reinforces Lens Crafters' reputation as an optical leader. You'll cultivate new and existing customer relations alongside assisting in the selection of eyewear and accurately utilizing optical prescriptions. Participate in maintaining an inclusive and positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet sales goals through customer engagement
• Advise patients based on optical prescriptions
• Help select frames tailored to patient needs
• Measure using optical instruments effectively
• Contribute to a clean and organized store display
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 1 year in retail or customer service
• Competence with point of sale technology
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Adaptable to new technology and flexible work environment
