As a Brand Ambassador for Diptyque Distribution LLC, you will reflect the brand's sophisticated image while actively engaging with customers.
Your role involves educating clients on our luxury fragrance and home goods offerings and achieving impressive sales targets through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Diptyque with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Provide personalized consultations for an immersive experience
• Educate customers on products, history, and unique features
• Achieve sales targets using upselling and cross-selling techniques
• Maintain visual merchandising to brand standards
Requirements:
• Experience in luxury retail, sales, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for luxury products and the Diptyque aesthetic
• Results-oriented mindset with strong sales acumen
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
