In this essential role, you will support the Product Consulting team at FISPAN, a leading Fin Tech in Vancouver. Your focus will be on mastering our platform and providing technical assistance during sales demonstrations. Collaborating closely with Bank and Ecosystem partners, you will contribute to resolving sales challenges and refining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Articulate product features during sales presentations
• Provide technical support for product configurations
• Participate in client and partner meetings
• Identify and escalate product-related sales blockers
• Utilize sales enablement tools for data accuracy
Requirements:
• Background in customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Teamwork and attention to detail
• Proficiency in English, French is an asset
• Ideal: experience in business administration or SaaS
