Regional Vice President Sales

Lead and inspire a sales team at Sun Life Global Investments as the Regional Vice President for Western Canada. Drive growth and implement strategic sales initiatives to empower clients and achieve financial security.

In this leadership role, you will manage a regional sales team and oversee the achievement of sales targets in the multi-channel distribution strategy. This position is located in Calgary or Vancouver and requires frequent travel. You will be responsible for in-field sales coaching and productivity enhancement across the territory while promoting Sun Life’s diverse investment products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a regional sales team and set performance targets

• Conduct in-field coaching to improve sales productivity

• Analyze data and report on regional performance trends

• Build and maintain relationships within the financial services industry

• Promote SLGI’s Value Proposition in the region

Requirements:

• 10+ years in senior management in Financial Services

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

• Proven asset management and sales experience

• Familiarity with wealth products and trends

• Professional designation in financial services preferred
