Lead Workday’s platform sales team in Vancouver, combining enterprise selling, technical fluency, and executive engagement with CIOs and CTOs. Flexible work includes office or customer time.
This Regional Sales Director role leads specialized Account Executives selling platform, data, analytics, AI, and extensibility solutions. You will help enterprise IT leaders modernize technology strategies and align roadmaps with business outcomes. The role emphasizes complex sales execution, coaching, and trusted executive relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and mentor specialized field Account Executives
- Orchestrate complex platform sales cycles exceeding $500K ARR
- Coordinate pre-sales, value management, bid management, and sales support
- Oversee AI and platform Statements of Work and roadmaps
- Guide AWS, GCP, and GSI co-selling strategies
- 8+ years selling cloud, SaaS, ERP, analytics, or AI solutions
- 8+ years managing complex sales cycles through successful revenue attainment
- 5+ years leading teams in a team-selling environment
- Technical fluency in cloud, data, APIs, security, and AI/ML
- Experience engaging CIOs, CTOs, or senior IT leaders
