As a Brand Ambassador, you will share David Yurman’s mission and deliver warm, hospitable client experiences. Your work centers on personal sales, product knowledge, customer relationship building, and technology-enabled engagement. You will support sales, operations, and business initiatives across the retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver individual sales budgets by maximizing selling opportunities
Create rewarding experiences through warm, hospitable client interactions
Collect customer data for personalized client development
Maintain product knowledge across all jewelry categories
Support inventory control, merchandising, and retail procedures
Requirements:
Previous retail, luxury retail, or clientele-focused experience
Proven track record achieving sales results
Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills using POS, Word, Excel, and Outlook
