Build sales momentum through outbound prospecting and qualification at Thrivewell, working in person five days weekly from downtown Vancouver. Research business owners, understand funding needs, and create qualified appointments.
As a Business Development Representative, you become the first voice business owners hear from Thrivewell. You will call owners across Canada and the US, assess revenue, time in business, and funding needs, then set appointments for Account Executives. Active marketing campaigns also provide warm inbound leads.
Key Responsibilities:- Make high-volume outbound calls to business owners
- Qualify merchants using revenue and funding information
- Set qualified appointments for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call dispositions
- Track KPIs, build pipeline, and coordinate handoffs
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Resilient, coachable, self-motivated approach
- Comfort with high call volume and rejection
- Experience in sales, call centres, or customer-facing work
- Ability to work downtown Vancouver in person five days weekly
