• Respond quickly to inquiries and book membership tours
• Guide prospects through the Altea membership experience
• Build pipelines through referrals, partnerships, and outreach
• Conduct exceptional tours that reflect member experiences
• Monitor engagement and conduct at risk member outreach

• One to three years in sales or customer-facing work
• Ability to convert leads and manage pipelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CRM or membership management experience is an asset
• Valid Standard First Aid and CPR-C maintained annually
