Launch an art sales career at sea with Park West Gallery, using guest engagement and live-event selling skills aboard cruise ships worldwide.
This Art Sales Associate position offers a paid, apprenticeship-style path through gallery sales, shipboard operations, and live auctions. You will receive training and mentorship while building stage presence and learning gallery events. The stated progression leads from Associate to Gallery Director to Auctioneer.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage guests throughout the art-buying experience
- Guide guests through artwork selections and purchases
- Support live art auctions onboard
- Host gallery events for cruise guests
- Set up exhibitions and collaborate with the team
- No art degree required
- Strong English communication for shipboard operations
- Valid passport and required crew or travel visas
- Ability to lift framed artwork up to 50 pounds
- Availability for three- to six-month shipboard rotations
Build guest service, stage presence, and gallery sales experience with Park West Gallery during international shipboard assignments.
