Serve Armani beauty customers at Holt Renfrew in Vancouver, using product expertise and relationship-building to support sales and loyalty.
The Beauty Advisor develops lasting customer relationships that increase sales, service, and loyalty. This full-time role requires proven sales performance, product knowledge, and collaborative client development. Commission is tied directly to sales volume results, with work scheduled around customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver extraordinary service to every customer consistently
- Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
- Acquire, develop, and retain personal clients
- Share expert product knowledge with selling teams
- Communicate events, requests, and follow-up to clients
- High school diploma
- Two or more years in commission-based sales
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Luxury retail experience preferred; artistry certificate may be required
