Deliver extraordinary luxury beauty service at Holt Renfrew while growing sales through product expertise and lasting client relationships. Commission rewards sales volume results.
As a Beauty Advisor, you will develop personal clients, support brand sales, and pursue individual and department goals. The work combines customer service, selling, merchandising, and ongoing education. You will collaborate with buyers, vendors, selling managers, and the store selling team.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver extraordinary service to every customer consistently
- Exceed personal and brand sales and service targets
- Build, develop, and retain a loyal client base
- Share expert product knowledge with selling teams
- Execute events, merchandising, recovery, and price changes
- High school diploma
- Two or more years in commission-based sales
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets
- Luxury retail sales experience preferred
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
