Quad Real Property Group seeks a Sales Assistant for an 18-month contract at the Oakridge Park Presentation Gallery. You will support the Residential Sales team, Sales Director, and Sales Managers through visitor registration, tours, appointments, and Salesforce records. The position provides basic project information while maintaining a welcoming gallery.
Key Responsibilities:
Open and close the Presentation Centre as required
Welcome visitors and provide Oakridge Park information
Conduct introductions and basic tours of residences
Register visitors and capture contact details
Pass qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow-up
Requirements:
Experience in sales support, hospitality, retail, or real estate
Comfort engaging clients and asking qualifying questions
Experience with CRM systems;
Salesforce is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Weekend and peak-hour flexibility with reliable punctuality
Bring client-facing communication, organized follow-through, and lead qualification skills to Quad Real's Oakridge Park residential sales team.
