• Three to five years in business development, sales, or client development
• Established British Columbia commercial real estate or construction network
• Success securing professional services or architecture-related work
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM software, and digital tools
