Automotive Finance Client Relationship Manager

The OEM Client Relationship Manager serves as a dedicated contact for an Original Equipment Manufacturer and its retailer network. This specialist develops business plans, reviews KPIs, supports sales and leasing objectives, and delivers retailer education. The work includes compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop business plans supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual retailer objectives
Review sales rates, KPIs, renewals, and acceptance rates
Coach retailers on deal structure, applications, and approvals
Review upcoming contract maturities and aging inventory opportunities
Support new product and initiative rollouts
Requirements:
Undergraduate business or economics degree, or work equivalency
Five or more years of automotive finance industry experience
Three or more years of preferred sales experience
Expert knowledge of automotive finance retail operations
Strong communication, networking, closing, and relationship-building skills
