Advisor, Protection Services at VCH

Vancouver Coastal Health seeks an Advisor to lead the Protection Services team effectively. In this role, you'll manage security operations and liaise with various stakeholders to uphold safety standards. Your expertise will ensure compliance with policies while developing strong relationships within and outside the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead security officers and manage daily operations

• Act as Duty Officer for security-related events

• Collaborate with managers and frontline security staff

• Ensure compliance with safety and security policies

• Provide leadership guidance at various VCH sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields

• 3-5 years of progressive security experience

• Valid security license and OFA2, AST certificates

• Clean BC driver’s license for travel within VCH

• Strong leadership and communication skills
