Site Security Manager

This role is ideal for a driven security professional with 2-3 years of experience in site management or operations. You will lead a team, manage daily security operations, and address incidents efficiently while fostering a culture of excellence in service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security team operations and development

• Respond to incidents and ensure staff compliance

• Review security reports and facilitate training

• Organize emergency response drills and tabletop exercises

• Document and communicate with property management regularly

Requirements:

• 2-3 years as a Site Supervisor or Manager

• Experience in retail or commercial security

• Proficient with security systems and technologies

• Detailed-oriented with strong communication skills

• OFA 2 certification or willingness to obtain
