Crowd Management and Security Specialist

Manage crowd safety and security protocols as a Crowd Management and Security Specialist during match days. Drive compliance with FIFA guidelines while overseeing spectator safety across all identified areas.

This role encompasses the operational oversight of Private Security forces to facilitate orderly crowd flow and maintain zone integrity. Promptly addressing incidents and coordinating with various operational teams ensures emergency response effectiveness and safety during events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deployment of Private Security in the stadium

• Monitor crowd movement and density effectively

• Ensure compliance with safety and zoning regulations

• Document and escalate significant crowd incidents

• Liaise with law enforcement and guest services

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in security management

• Proven experience in crowd management for events

• Understanding of incident response and security principles

• Must be fluent in English; additional languages beneficial

• Skilled in using MS Office and planning programs
