Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enforce access control procedures

• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid support

• Conduct detailed patrols of the property by foot

• Investigate incidents and draft comprehensive reports

• Assist with emergency operations alongside law enforcement

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security License with OFA 1 certificate

• 1 year of previous security experience

• Excellent communication in English, verbal and written

• Ability to manage stress and make decisions under pressure

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
