Position: Security Officer for Field Protection
Paladin Security seeks a dedicated Security Officer to protect fields at major events this summer, such as FIFA. Monitor restricted areas and manage access to ensure safety.

As part of our Field Intrusion team, you will work in full-time or part-time roles, emphasizing safety and security policies. The officer must demonstrate high professionalism, be capable of handling high-stress situations, and physically detain offenders when necessary. This position is temporary, starting May 2026, with potential for permanence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce access restrictions at field entry points

• Address field intrusion attempts proactively

• Utilize verbal techniques to de-escalate conflicts

• Engage with law enforcement if physical apprehension is needed

• Document incidents and daily activities precisely

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid BC Security License

• Prior experience in security or law enforcement preferable

• Capable of restraining individuals when required

• Strong analytical and prioritization skills

• Excellent English communication abilities
