• Monitor CCTV for proactive actions and response.
• Prevent losses and damages to property and persons.
• Create detailed incident reports.
• Conduct audits as issued.

• Monitor traffic volume in the residential/hotel loading dock.
• Track and log keys.

• Coordinate with other departments to provide residents and guests with service.

• Pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour.
• Overtime pay available.
