Position: Full-Time Security Officer
Join the security team at Paradox Vancouver, a Forbes 4-Star luxury hotel. As a Security Officer, you will ensure safety and provide exceptional service to guests and residents.

This role focuses on monitoring CCTV feeds, assisting with inquiries, and conducting emergency management tasks. You will produce incident reports, track keys, and ensure a secure environment in a high-end setting. Your surveillance and customer service skills will be essential in this permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond proactively to incidents via CCTV monitoring

• Assist residents and guests with inquiries and concerns

• Track and log keys accurately for property management

• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with policies

• Deliver concierge service to hotel outlets as required

Requirements:

• Basic Security Licence is mandatory

• Strong incident report writing abilities

• Excellent customer service skills required

• First Aid Certification necessary for role
