Your role involves responding to emergencies, enforcing property standards, and conducting thorough patrols to ensure overall security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and enforce property regulations effectively
• Respond quickly to medical emergencies with First Aid
• Perform foot patrols to monitor safety and security
• Interact appropriately with unauthorized persons
• Complete detailed incident reports as required
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security license; OFA 1 certification necessary
• Minimum of 1 year security experience required
• Excellent command of English; strong communication skills
• Ability to manage stressful and emergency situations
• A keen eye for detail and proactive mindset
