Vancouver Overnight Security Guard Position

Ensure safety as an Overnight Security Guard in Vancouver, BC. Monitor client activities and patrol premises to maintain security and order every night.

This position involves observing and reporting incidents at the assigned site while protecting client property. You’ll conduct foot or vehicle patrols, inspect safety devices, and control site access, ensuring adherence to safety regulations.

Your role is critical in responding to emergencies and preparing reports, all while working overnight shifts from midnight to 8 AM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and report on site activities and incidents

• Patrol premises for safety inspections and irregularities

• Enforce safety regulations for personnel and visitors

• Control access to the client’s site during shifts

• Respond to various emergencies including fire and medical situations

Requirements:

• Valid security license and OFA1 certification

• Ability to meet physical and mental job requirements

• Frequent walking, standing, and some lifting involved
