In this pivotal role, you will act as the first point of contact, embodying the Tiffany experience while ensuring operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include security management, back of house controls, and enhancing the customer experience. By demonstrating Client Experience Behaviors, you will engage clients and execute best practices for a memorable visit.
Responsibilities- Maintain a secure and inviting workplace for clients
- Serve as a brand ambassador during every customer interaction
- Execute best practices for hospitality and store amenities
- Support theft deterrence and respond to emergency situations
- Conduct daily inspections and uphold security systems
- Valid Security License is mandatory
- High School Diploma required
- Basic computer skills for daily tasks
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including holidays
- Authorization to work in the applicable country
