In this role, you will be the face of security for the luxury retail community, responsible for developing your team, driving service efficiency, and ensuring compliance with Guardteck’s standards. You will engage daily with clients and work collaboratively to maintain a secure environment while nurturing strong relationships with all involved stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage daily security operations effectively
• Ensure compliance with all training and operational standards
• Respond strategically to incidents in a retail setting
• Conduct regular security performance check-ins with staff
• Develop and implement site-specific security strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years in supervisory security roles
• Experience in luxury retail security and operational management
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Previous work with integrated security technology
• Willingness to pursue necessary certifications
