Securicare is seeking dedicated Healthcare Security Professionals across multiple sites within the Vancouver Coastal Health portfolio. You will monitor access points, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with healthcare teams in a dynamic clinical environment. Strong situational awareness and professionalism are essential for this high-pressure role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor entry points and manage access control

• Conduct regular patrols of facility interiors and exteriors

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and disturbances

• Follow emergency protocols to ensure safety

• Document incidents and collaborate with healthcare staff

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Guard License and AST certification

• 1+ year experience in security, preferably in healthcare

• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure

• Basic computer skills for report writing

• Flexibility for various shifts including weekends
