Holt Renfrew is seeking a Loss Prevention Agent to support safety and customer experience in its Vancouver store. In this position, you will conduct investigations, monitor CCTV, and assist with inventory audits. Applicants must have at least one year of experience in loss prevention within a retail environment and uphold necessary certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the store according to procedures
• Conduct operational and inventory control audits
• Perform floor walks and security inspections
• Manage CCTV monitoring and incident documentation
• Apprehend shoplifters with proper evidence handling
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in loss prevention
• Valid provincial security license required
• Standard first aid, CPR, and AED certification needed
• Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
• Clear communication and report writing abilities
