Key Responsibilities:

• Lead safety and security efforts throughout the organization

• Supervise and develop a team of Relational Security Officers

• Create training programs and evaluate educational needs

• Manage inventory and budget for security supplies

• Conduct investigations to improve departmental operations

Requirements:

• College diploma in a relevant field

• Minimum 5 years of security experience, 2 in supervision

• Preferred:
Basic and Advanced Security Training certifications

• Valid BC Driver’s license for local travel
