As a Loss Prevention Agent, you will support Holt Renfrew by ensuring compliance, maintaining business integrity, and safeguarding client interactions. Your responsibilities will include performing operational audits, managing inventory counts, and conducting internal investigations. With your expertise in safety and security, you will contribute to a loss prevention strategy that enhances client experience and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Open and close the store per established procedures
• Conduct operational and inventory control audits
• Perform routine floor inspections for safety
• Monitor CCTV for suspicious activities
• Apprehend shoplifters and document findings
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in Loss Prevention or Safety role
• Valid security license upon hire
• First aid, CPR, and AED certified
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
