Position Overview
Become a key player in maintaining parking regulations with our Parking Enforcement Officer position. This role prioritizes excellent customer service while ensuring compliance in a designated area. As a Parking Enforcement Officer, you will patrol assigned locations, enforce parking codes, and enforce safety protocols.
Roles & Responsibilities- Patrol designated areas consistently by vehicle
- Issue warnings and quotes for parking violations
- Identify and report hazardous parking conditions
- Manage towing arrangements for illegally parked vehicles
- Maintain required operational and enforcement records
- Proven customer service skills in public interactions
- Valid provincial driver's license with a clean record
- Solid problem‑solving and communication capabilities
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Familiarity with handheld and personal computing devices
