Security Professional Healthcare

Securicare seeks a Security Professional to manage safety at healthcare sites in Vancouver. Utilize your skills in access control, patrol, and incident response to ensure a secure environment.

In this role, you will support Vancouver Coastal Health with a focus on professionalism and effective interpersonal communication. You will actively patrol facilities, respond to incidents, and ensure safety protocols are followed to maintain security in clinical spaces. Candidates must thrive in high-pressure situations and possess de-escalation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and control access to the facility

• Regularly patrol both interior and exterior areas

• Respond swiftly to various security incidents

• Execute emergency protocols for safety

• Document incidents and liaise with external agencies

Requirements:

• Must hold a BC Security Guard License and AST certification

• Minimum of 1 year of security experience in healthcare

• Excellent communication skills across diverse environments

• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure

• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities
