As a Security Officer reporting to the Security Team Lead, you'll provide essential protection for guests and staff. You will be responsible for responding to emergency situations, conducting thorough building checks, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies. Your quick decision-making will help manage both safety incidents and routine security tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver professional customer service to all guests
• Monitor hotel areas and perform safety inspections
• Administer first aid during medical emergencies
• Address disturbances and manage undesirable individuals
• Complete detailed logging of all security functions
Requirements:
• Valid Security license is required
• Level 2 or 3 First Aid Certification
• 3-5 years of experience in the security industry
• Familiarity with hotel security policies
• Excellent conflict resolution and observation skills
