Elevate your career with the Vancouver Convention Centre as an Access Control Coordinator working overnight shifts. This role blends client service with critical event security operations.
As a full-time Access Control Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the Security Operations Centre. You will engage in diverse responsibilities, from managing client inquiries to ensuring smooth operations during emergencies. Your focus on maintaining access control systems will directly impact guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate client and internal communication effectively
• Monitor and respond to various radio channels
• Coordinate emergency responses with first responders
• Track daily activities and facility service requests
• Oversee access control for visitors and staff
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Valid BC Security Worker License is advantageous
• Minimum of two years in a similar role preferred
• Familiarity with CCTV and access control systems
• Excellent decision-making and collaboration skills
