Professional Security Guard at Guardteck

Guardteck is seeking a Professional Security Guard to support safety and compliance in British Columbia. Leverage your experience in crisis management and detail-oriented observation to ensure security in various environments.

This position requires at least one year of experience in security and offers the chance to grow within a supportive team culture. You will be responsible for enforcing property regulations, responding to emergencies, and conducting extensive foot patrols. Additionally, you will aid in incident investigation and documentation, contributing to overall security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce compliance with property regulations and standards

• Respond swiftly to medical emergencies using First Aid

• Perform regular patrols to ensure property safety

• Write incident reports and maintain accurate records

• Manage crisis situations calmly and professionally

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid BC Security license and OFA 1 certificate

• Minimum 1 year of prior security experience

• Strong communication abilities in English

• Detail-oriented with high observational skills

• Comfortable in highly populated and dynamic settings
