Security Site Manager

Lead security operations as a Site Security Manager for Guardteck in Vancouver, BC. Oversee a team in a major retail shopping centre, ensuring safety and compliance.

Guardteck Security is on the lookout for a skilled Security Site Manager with at least 2-3 years of leadership experience. This role demands strong people leadership, particularly in retail or customer-facing environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security operations at the site

• Review incident reports and operational logs for accuracy

• Partner with Account Manager on performance reviews

Requirements:

• 2-3 years in a security leadership role

• Current OFA Level 2 and AST certification
