Guardteck Security is on the lookout for a skilled Security Site Manager with at least 2-3 years of leadership experience. This role demands strong people leadership, particularly in retail or customer-facing environments. You will lead a security team, manage complex operations, and be the key decision-maker during incidents and emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily security operations at the site
• Review incident reports and operational logs for accuracy
• Partner with Account Manager on performance reviews
• Act as key responder during emergencies and investigations
• Ensure effective use of CCTV and security systems
Requirements:
• 2-3 years in a security leadership role
• Current OFA Level 2 and AST certification
• Experience with incident reporting and emergency management
• Strong knowledge of integrated security systems
• Background in retail or hospitality security
