Become a crucial part of Grey Owl Digital Surveillance as a CCTV Surveillance Operator in Vancouver. Oversee monitoring operations to ensure the safety of client assets and utilize advanced CCTV technology.

In this vital role, you'll report to the CCTV Operations Manager and conduct visual patrols of assigned properties. Your responsibilities will include investigating alarm signals, preparing incident reports, and ensuring accurate documentation compliance. This position requires you to maintain high levels of accuracy and operational efficiency while communicating escalating situations to local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual patrols using CCTV programs

• Investigate alarm causes flagged in the software

• Activate assigned security devices per protocols

• Prepare Incident Reports for management review

• Communicate effectively with local authorities

Requirements:

• Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

• Valid BC Security Worker’s Licence required

• Familiarity with CCTV operations and hardware

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Background check certification necessary
