As part of a professional team in the GTA, your role will focus on managing guest access, overseeing safety protocols, and responding to emergencies. You will engage with residents, manage staff training, and contribute to operational efficiency. Your dedication to safety will enhance resident experiences in luxury settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee vehicle and pedestrian traffic

• Welcome guests and provide necessary information

• Monitor and analyze security camera feeds

• Manage access control systems for the property

• Create staff schedules and report on security matters

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year as a Residential Concierge

• Valid Ontario Security License mandatory

• First Aid and CPR certification essential

• Strong observational and reporting skills

• Experience with security systems and software
