About the Role

As an Undercover Loss Prevention Officer with Securiguard, you'll step into a fast-paced, investigative role where no two days are the same. This is not a static security position—you'll actively identify theft patterns, conduct surveillance, and play a key role in reducing retail loss.

• Conduct undercover surveillance to identify theft and high-risk activity
• Monitor behavioural patterns and support loss prevention strategies

  Requirements
  • Valid BC Security Worker License and Advanced Security Training (AST)
  • Minimum 2 years of security experience (retail or mall environment preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of undercover loss prevention experience is an asset
  • Occupational First Aid Level 1 (OFA
    1) or equivalent is an asset
  • Strong observation, communication, and report‑writing skills
  • Ability to remain composed and professional in high‑pressure situations
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between locations as needed
  • Basic knowledge of applicable legislation (Criminal Code, Charter, Trespass Act) is an asset
