Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct undercover surveillance to identify theft and risks

• Monitor behaviors to enhance loss prevention strategies

• Perform lawful apprehensions per company policy

• Collaborate with the team to reduce retail loss

• Document findings accurately and efficiently

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Worker License required

• At least 2 years of security experience

• 1 year of undercover loss prevention experience preferred

• Occupational First Aid Level 1 certification is an asset

• Strong observational and communication skills
