This pivotal role reports to the CCTV Operations Manager and involves operating the monitoring station efficiently. You will conduct visual patrol verifications, investigate alarms, and prepare incident reports for management. Your effectiveness ensures seamless communication with local authorities and quick response to incidents during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual patrol verifications using CCTV software

• Investigate alarm conditions flagged in the programs

• Prepare and submit reports for Senior Management

• Conduct surveillance and counter-surveillance on properties

• Communicate with local authorities during emergencies

Requirements:

• Valid BC Security Worker’s Licence

• Strong attention to detail and quick response skills

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to multitask and handle stress effectively

• Familiarity with CCTV operations and security protocols
