Concierge

Vancouver's top concierge service company is looking to fill a part‑time position at one of Vancouver's most prestigious residential buildings.

Downtown Vancouver – Friday & Saturday 10:00pm – 6:00am (graveyard shift)

• Provide front desk service to residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain safety and security of the building, including monitoring of security cameras
• Enforce bylaws and follow established protocols for non‑compliance
• Conduct patrols of building common areas
• Diligently record keeping of all incidents in the building
• Emergency response procedures (e.g., fire, flood)

• Ability to use computers and software (e.g., camera surveillance, security systems, Microsoft Office programs)
• Organized and able to multi‑task
• Good judgment
• Fluent in English and good communication skills
• Minimum one year concierge, customer service, or front desk experience for Concierge position

• Hospitality education
• Valid security license
