Profile Security Guards - Retail Security

Overview

Securiguard is hiring professional Suited Retail Security Officers to provide a strong customer service-focused security presence in a retail environment. This role emphasizes visibility, professionalism, and proactive reporting to help create a safe and welcoming space for customers and staff.

• Provide excellent customer service and act as a visual theft deterrent
• Maintain a professional presence at store entrances/exits or high-loss areas
• Identify and report risks, hazards, and safety concerns to the Manager on Duty
• Patrol designated areas as required
• Document incidents, thefts, and safety concerns using Track Tik
• Support store management and liaise with police when required
• Protect persons and property through observation and reporting

• Valid BC Security Worker License
• Basic Security Training (BST) completed
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong customer service and report-writing skills

• Daytime shifts only, 5-7 hours shifts

Salary: $19 per hour
