Paladin is seeking motivated individuals without a BC Security License, ready to commit to at least six months of full-time work. You’ll receive comprehensive training in our Burnaby office over one week, preparing you for various security roles in hospitals, offices, and events. This position is ideal for those eager to establish a career in security while helping create safer communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular foot patrols around assigned areas

• De-escalate conflicts and manage security incidents

• Respond swiftly to alarms and emergencies

• Control access to facilities and monitor entry points

• Write detailed reports on incidents and activities

Requirements:

• No prior security license required, BST training provided

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

• Strong English communication abilities, verbal and written

• Physical ability to patrol various environments

• Commitment to full-time work for at least six months
