Securiguard Retail Security Officer

Securiguard is seeking professional Security Officers to enhance safety within retail spaces. This role emphasizes a strong customer service presence, proactive hazard reporting, and thorough documentation of incidents. You will patrol designated areas and collaborate with store management and law enforcement as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service and theft deterrence
• Maintain visibility at store entrances and high-risk zones
• Report hazards and risks to the Manager on Duty
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety
• Document incidents using Track Tik and collaborate with police
Requirements:
• Valid BC Security Worker License required
• Completion of Basic Security Training (BST)
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Strong report-writing and communication skills
• Dedication to maintaining professional conduct
